- Swipe up, down, left or right to slide every tile on the board.
- When two matching tiles touch, they merge into the next one. In Emoji mode an ant becomes a ladybug, then a mouse, rabbit, cat, dog, monkey, deer, tiger, rhino and finally an elephant at 2048.
- Prefer numbers? Switch to 123 mode any time. Your board stays the same.
- A new 2 or 4 appears after every move. Create a 2048 tile to win, then keep going for a high score.
- The game ends when the board is full and no merges are possible. You get two undos per game.
Tips and strategy
- Keep your biggest tile in one corner and build around it.
- Mostly use two or three directions. Avoid the move that pulls your big tile out of its corner.
- Keep the row with your biggest tile full so it can't shift unexpectedly.

What is 2048 Emoji?
It's the classic 2048 puzzle with animal emojis instead of numbers. The small number in the corner still shows the value, so the strategy is exactly the same.
Does 2048 save my game?
Yes. Your board is saved on your device after every move, so you can close the tab and continue later.
